Renewals

All members pay an annual renewal fee (dues) of $25. Members can pay their dues anytime beginning November 1st of the previous year, until “Key Day” of the current year. Key Day falls on the last Sunday in February. Any member MUST pay within this timeframe. Any members that have not paid their dues by the deadline, will be removed from the roll and must rejoin as a new member on the application day. All the rules of the new membership will apply.

Application For Membership

Application day for 2024 will be April 6th. Doors will open at 9:00 am. Applicants may start lining up at 5:00 a.m. by the main door of the hall. Applications will be taken on a first come first serve basis.

$25 annual dues, $15 enrollment fee. Once you are a member and you keep your membership active, enrollment is only a one-time fee.

Criteria List For Application

* A Sponsor is a member of the club in good standing. He or she must know the applicant personally. The Membership Secretary may ask questions to confirm the relationship.

Once your application has been approved by the Board Members and the General membership, you will be informed sometime within May that you are officially a member of The Q. If you do not qualify for Membership, all fees will be returned to you at your earliest convenience.
